Video Tutorial
For a complete walkthrough of adding web pages to Super Brain, refer to this video:
Step 1: Open Knowledge Base and Add Web Sources
- Click the “Knowledge Base” button in the chat header when a Super Brain is selected.

- In the Knowledge Base, click “Add Files or Folders” to open the Add Sources sheet.

- In the Add Sources sheet, choose the web pages / YouTube option to open the Add URLs view.

Step 2: Enter the URL
In the Add URLs view:
- Paste the URL of the webpage or YouTube link you want to index into the text area.
- Click “Add” (or press ⌘⏎) to start indexing.

Step 3: Use Fetch One‑Level / Fetch Site Map (Pro Feature)
When you enter a single parent URL (for example, https://elephas.app/), you’ll see options to:
- Fetch One‑Level – fetch links that are one level deep from the main page.
- Fetch Site Map – fetch URLs from the site’s sitemap, when available.

- These options will collect related URLs and show them in a preview panel.
For the https://elephas.app/ parent page, for example, you might see multiple related pages:

- You can de-select the ones you don’t need and add the rest.

These recursive fetching options (Fetch One‑Level / Fetch Site Map) are Pro-only features. They help you quickly bring in multiple related pages from a single parent URL.

Indexing many pages at once can take some time, depending on the number and size of the URLs.
Add Multiple URLs at Once
You can also add multiple web pages in one go:
- In the Add URLs view, paste multiple URLs into the text area (one URL per line).
- Click “Add” to index all of them at once.
