Step-by-Step Error Handling

Step 1: Identify the error

After uploading or syncing files, check for any error messages beside your files in the Files & Folders section.

By default, files now appear in List View, giving you a clean overview of Indexed, Unindexed, and Unsupported files.

If a file hasn’t been indexed successfully, you’ll see a red label

Step 2: Tap on the file

To understand the issue better, tap on the file with the error icon. This action will open a detailed view of the file, where you can see the specific error message, which may include "File type not supported" or "File is corrupted.”

Step 4: Resolve the errors

Once you’ve identified the error messages, you can take the necessary steps to resolve them:

Unsupported Files: Convert the file to a supported format.

Limit Issues: Wait one month for your indexing capacity to refresh or consider using your API key from popular providers.

Step 5: Retry indexing

After fixing the issues, index the files again in Super Brain or re-sync the brain for indexing. Watch for any new errors.
