How to Get the OpenAI API key
Visit the Open AI API Page to get your API key. The page will look like,
Click on the "Start building" button, then you will reach this page.
Select the Dashboard option located on the top right side, then you will reach this page.
Then select the API Keys option on the left sidebar.
Now click on the "Create New Secret Key" button
Add a name to the key and click on Create Secret key
💡 Remember to keep your API key safe!
How to use OpenAI in Elephas
Elephas → Preference → AI providers → Tap "OpenAI" title to enter your API key.
Now go to Preference → General, and you can choose a feature
and select any available OpenAI models.
Super Chat In Super Chat, you can also select from the available OpenAI models.
OpenAI Usage Limits
OpenAI implements rate limits to ensure fair usage:
- Limits vary based on your account tier and the model used
- Higher tiers offer increased limits for RPM (Requests Per Minute) and TPM (Tokens Per Minute)
