Elephas Credits give paid users extra flexibility to extend AI usage beyond their regular plan limits.
About Elephas Credits
- Credits are available only for paid plan users.
- Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Steps to Buy Credits
- Go to Elephas → Preferences → License.
- Click "Buy Credits.”
This will open the Elephas Credit purchase page powered by Paddle, our official payment provider.
- Choose your payment method.
- 💳 Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
- 💰 PayPal
You can pay securely using:
- Fill in your payment details.
- Enter your email, card information, and billing address.
- Review your order summary (e.g., Elephas Credits — $5.00 + tax $0.90 = $5.90 total).
- Click “Pay $5.90” (or your chosen amount).
- Once payment is successful, your credits will be automatically added in Elephas.
Wait a few seconds for confirmation.
How Credits Work
- Credits are consumed automatically when you use AI features such as:
- Smart Write
- Super Brain indexing
- Super Chat
- Agentic Workflows and Web Search
- You can check your current credit balance anytime under
Preferences → License
- If you already have a subscription, credits serve as a top-up when your included usage runs out.
Use credits as a quick boost for extra AI power when needed. For regular heavy use, consider upgrading your plan for better value and performance.
